Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT):. This approach builds hope by identifying what’s already working in your life and guiding you toward practical, achievable goals, even in difficult times.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): ACT helps you embrace emotions without being overwhelmed, stay present in the moment, and take meaningful steps toward a life that reflects what matters most to you; aligning with your core values.
Narrative Therapy: By exploring the narratives shaping your life, challenging limiting beliefs, and honoring your resilience, this approach helps you move beyond pain and create a new, empowering story that reflects your true potential.
Person-Centered Therapy: This approach supports you in exploring your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, fostering self-discovery and personal growth through genuine empathy and unconditional acceptance.
